Realtor.com reported a U.S. median of 61 days on market for the week ending October 10, 2026. The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted a median of just 13 days in ZIP 80121 for the three months ending August 31, 2026. That gap is the headline number for every seller and buyer in Primary market right now.

Thirteen days is fast. The U.S. median from Realtor.com was 61 days. That means ZIP 80121 moved homes nearly five times faster than the national pace. Not every ZIP here matched that, but several came close.

How each ZIP code stacked up on speed

The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted median days on market for every ZIP in Primary market for the three months ending August 31, 2026. The range ran from 13 days to 43 days. That is a wide spread, and it matters a lot depending on where your home sits.

ZIP 80125 sat at 43 days, the slowest in the market. That is still shorter than the Realtor.com national figure of 61 days. Even the slower end of Primary market is holding its own against the U.S. pace.

The fastest ZIPs: what else is happening there

ZIP 80121 had 13 days on market and the Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 47.1% of homes going under contract within two weeks of listing. Homes for sale there fell 23.1% from a year ago. Less supply and quick sales go together.

Where buyers have a little more time

ZIP 80016 sat at 41 days, and the Real Estate Data Aggregator counted only 24.2% of homes going under contract within two weeks. That is still well below the Realtor.com U.S. figure of 61 days, but buyers there face less pressure than in the faster ZIPs.

ZIP 80104 also came in at 41 days. The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 23% of homes going under contract within two weeks there, the second-lowest share in the market. Prices dipped 1.4% from a year ago.

ZIP 80125 had the longest wait at 43 days. That is still 18 days shorter than the Realtor.com U.S. median. The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted only 16.6% of homes going under contract within two weeks, the lowest share across all ZIPs.

What the national picture looks like

Realtor.com put the U.S. median listing price at $415,000 for the week ending October 10, 2026. Most Primary market ZIPs sold above that. The National Association of Realtors counted 3.99 million existing-home sales nationally in September 2026, with prices up 1.3% from a year ago.

Freddie Mac put the 30-year fixed rate at 7.40% as of October 15, 2026. That is real pressure on monthly payments. Even so, the Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 2,997 homes sold across Primary market for the three months ending August 31, 2026, with 3,039 pending.

Sales dipped a little from a year ago. But fewer homes for sale, down 6% from a year ago per the Real Estate Data Aggregator, kept the faster ZIPs moving quickly. Realtor.com noted for-sale listings nationally were growing nearly 7% year over year. Primary market is tighter than that.

What this means if you are selling

Pricing and prep still matter. The Real Estate Data Aggregator showed sale-to-list ratios running from 97.4% in ZIP 80113 to 99.7% in ZIP 80126. Homes that are priced right are landing very close to their asking price.

In ZIP 80127, the Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 26.3% of homes selling above list price. That share rose 12.7 points from a year ago. In ZIP 80125, only 11.8% sold above list. The ZIP code makes a real difference.

What this means if you are buying

In ZIP 80121 and ZIP 80120, nearly half of all listings went under contract within two weeks. That leaves little time to decide. In ZIP 80104 or ZIP 80125, you have more room. Freddie Mac put the 15-year fixed rate at 6.71% as of October 15, 2026, if a shorter term fits your plan.

In short
  1. The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted median days on market as low as 13 days in ZIP 80121 for the three months ending August 31, 2026. Realtor.com put the U.S.
  2. median at 61 days for the week ending October 10, 2026. Most of Primary market sits well below that national figure.
  3. The faster ZIPs reward sellers who price right and buyers who move quickly.
  4. The slower ZIPs give buyers more time, but still beat the national pace.
